Refund policy
Exchanges
We offer a no quibble returns policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, with all labels and packaging intact within 30 days of receipt.
Refunds (where applicable)
We or presiding banking partner on our behalf will refund to the original payment method used, the price paid for the Goods upon acceptance of the return, less any agreed cost, this will normally be refunded to you within five working days of an item being received by us. Please note Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of your original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: The New World, 42 Phoenix Court, Hawkins Road, Colchester, Essex, CO2 8JY. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item and for delivery of the exchanged item. If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
What can't I return?
Unfortunately, the items listed below cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Bespoke or personalised products.
- Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Face Masks
Your rights under this section are in addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 as amended or superseded from time to time.
